“Believe for it” – Cece Winans’ new book.

A lasting impression is better to leave those you’re delivering the baton to those who will follow in your footsteps? CeCe Winans’ legacy in both music and preaching has grown stronger over time. No one knows CeCe’s loyal fans, who have watched her career soar over the years, better than they do. To know CeCe is to adore her. Songs like “Alabaster Box,” “More Than What I Wanted,” and the current hit “Believe for It” all express CeCe’s continual example of living. Winans’ sixth book, Believe For It: Passing On Faith To The Next Generation, is a treasure trove of memories from her early years growing up in a religious environment (K-LOVE Books). The singer’s life is chronicled in the 223 page book, which explains in detail why she has such a strong commitment to her spiritual views. The idea that everyone has a duty to carry on their religion and foster positive intergenerational relationships between families and small social circles runs throughout the entire story.

The book is available almost anywhere. CeCe’s most recent literary work is also available for pre-order at www.cecewinans.com.

“We all have been influenced by those who came before us,” says Winans. “You don’t have to be related by blood to have a spiritual influence on someone’s life.”

The third song from the Believe For It live album, “Goodness of God,” has evolved into something of an anthem and is being performed in churches both domestically and abroad in keeping with the concept of the book. On September 14, a new music video was launched as a result of its enormous success. The film, which was directed by Calvin Nowell of Cmon Creative, honors Winans’ career history and emphasizes the value of strong generational bonds. https://youtu.be/9sE5kEnitqE for the video.
