The highly anticipated new album by Tye Tribbett, a musical powerhouse known for fusing different genres together, is out and can be downloaded or streamed right now on digital platforms. Some of the biggest names in the business, like PJ Morton, Kierra Sheard, Mali Music, Jekalyn Carr, and Zacardi Cortez to name a few, make cameo appearances on the latest project published by Motown Gospel. Additionally, the album contains the number-one gospel radio mega-hits “We Gon’ Be Alright” (Tribbett’s cover of Kendrick Lamar’s anthem from 2015) and “Anyhow.”

I made this album to fight against the feeling of defeat in light of everything we have all been through these past few years” says Tribbett. “I wanted to put a joyful experience out in the world to remind not just me, but all of us that there is still beauty to the world.” He continues, “Like my first single New says, ‘We not dead, we livin… Newer times for newer gifts.’ Hopefully, we can use a jubilant album to renew and refresh our souls!”

With All Things New, Tribbett illustrates the connection between gospel, funk, and hip-hop, highlighting the way each genre flows into the next and illuminating their shared energy and legacy. Tribbett is a creative force who isn’t hesitant to go beyond the confines of his musical identity and resides in a world all his own. His seamless fusion of trap, hip-hop, gospel, soul, blues, and even brief orchestral passages are held together by a continual stream of heartfelt vocals that are uplighted and supported by lavish arrangements.
